(Las Vegas, NV) — Grandson of the late UNLV basketball coach Jerry Tarkanian has suffered a stroke. Little Jerry Tarkanian is only 5 years old.

Jerry’s mom, Amy Tarkanian, tweeted Sunday night:

“Thank you for everyone’s prayer! They’re working & Jerry’s determined to walk again & use both arms.”

Las Vegas resident, Larry Foster reached out to “Carlos and Dayna” on Monday morning. His son, Larson, was only 6 years old when he suffered several strokes in 2014. Foster says he is constantly trying to create awareness about this. He told “Carlos and Dayna” that he never knew this could happen to children.
