This is a must-read article by the Telegraph. Check it out!

In my view, the article misses the point. Yes, these reforms will help the UK with one of the worst record for cancer outcomes in the developed world. However, by the time these reforms are implemented, other advanced countries, like Germany, Italy and France will be even further ahead. So the UK will continue to trail. The consequence is that people will continue to die more quickly in the UK, than other advanced countries.
